cooking show title sequence

Im currently looking at title sequences for cooking programmes. In this one im obseving the use of animation in the text. It employs some very basic techniques, but is an interesting idea. Using the fade in/out method, it helps the sequence to flow smoothly and is easy one the eye. This is something i may be adapting to in my own title sequence. Introducing the text in a smooth, flowing manner.
