Looking into capturing provoking movement i have taken this video out of my collection of tests and played with the settings a little. The mystery of the piece really challenges your perception, and puts you into a state of discomfort. (Towards the end you will most probably figure out what the movement is, but i have had a mixture of very interesting responses as the piece progresses...most freaky one being that it looks like a little girl waving!...)
This research is helping me to open my mind into how i can express movement in each stage of my progression. For instance this movement i see fitting in with anguish as it is a slow gradual progression. As the tension builds up the more disturbed or uncomfortable the viewer feels.
